- Processing Time
After you place an order, we need 1-5 business days to prepare and pack it depending upon the item. This processing time excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order is ready, we will ship it. - Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location. The estimated delivery times are as follows:- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days
Please remember that delivery times start only after the order has shipped, and unexpected delays in transit are beyond our control.

- Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package and see when it will arrive. However, please be aware that tracking updates can be unreliable or delayed, and we are unable to expedite this process. - International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. - Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 2 days, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Failing to do so may avoid any assistance. - Returns and Exchanges
