Returns, replacements, or refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered or if the product does not match the listed technical specifications, AHMED EXPORTS will provide either:
A full replacement, or
A full refund
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product along with:
Clear photographs
Product video
Unboxing/opening video
Note: For machines, tools, equipment, spare parts, and accessories, the product color or minor cosmetic appearance may vary depending on manufacturing updates and stock availability. Such variations do not qualify as a wrong product.
If your order is received in a damaged condition, AHMED EXPORTS will provide:
A replacement, or
A full refund
The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by providing:
Clear photographs
Video of the damaged product
Complete unboxing/opening video
Damage claims are subject to verification by our support team and courier documentation where applicable.
If the product is found to be defective or any accessories/components are missing, AHMED EXPORTS will provide, as applicable:
Replacement of the product
Replacement of missing spare parts or accessories
Full refund
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:
Photographs
Video evidence
Complete unboxing/opening video
To process any return, replacement, or refund request, customers must provide a continuous, unedited opening/unboxing video clearly showing:
The sealed package before opening
Opening of the package
Product condition
All accessories received
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a 100% refund.
For heavy shipments (products weighing more than 10 kg), cancellation requests should preferably be made within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid processing and logistics charges.
Once an order has been dispatched:
Cancellation requests may still be accepted, subject to approval.
Actual courier, freight, handling, and return shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customized, made-to-order, or specially procured products cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Product has been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Return request is made after the specified reporting period.
Damage caused due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, electrical faults, or accidents.
Normal wear and tear.
Minor cosmetic variations, colour differences, or manufacturer packaging changes.
Products sold under “Non-Returnable” or “Special Order” categories.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed through the original payment method or any RBI-approved electronic payment system. The refund will be credited to the same account used during payment.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed through NEFT bank transfer.
Customers will be required to provide:

Account Holder Name
Account Number
IFSC Code
Once the return or cancellation request has been approved:
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days.
Depending on your bank or payment gateway, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Keep all original packaging until your return or replacement request has been resolved.
AHMED EXPORTS reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a refund or replacement.
Refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by the terms mentioned above and applicable Indian laws.
